Nina88 73 Posted May 14, 2012 I'm determined to lose my 10% I'm 5'2 270. My goal is to go to surgery weighing 240. I have a stationary bike in front of the tv watching the biggest losser on netflix. It's so motivating. I just finished my first hour and a half = 30 miles =1000 calories burned.
