These two are found at the Vitamin Shoppe much cheaper than most places like GNC. Although GNC has a great shake called Total lean and it is very good. The Vitamin Shoppe has a special in most places buy on get one 50% off which helps alot. I dont recommend the protien bullets ugh they are horrible. Also while your at the shoppe get some Biotin you will need it for your hair, after surgery your hair takes a beating from hell. Biotin pills and keratin shampoos etc will help with the loss. Im not a big fan of the muscle milk i think it taste like the bullets and they are good for decorating the fridge but thats it. Good luck sleevers.
