So I started my 3 week pre-op diet high Protein low carb diet and did good for 1 week.....I'm currently on vacation at Disney and have lost my way oh my! Need help to lose at least 10 lbs in 5 days? Do you think if I do 2 Protein Shakes and 1 salad with let's say chicken I should be ok? Or do you have any other suggestions? HELPPPPP!

I'd follow your doctors orders to a T. Mine was a 2 week preop. At first it was two shakes and a dinner of chicken and salad then just shakes then liquid. Good luck.
