HOPEFORDABESTMRSM 4 Posted May 14, 2012 So I started my 3 week pre-op diet high Protein low carb diet and did good for 1 week.....I'm currently on vacation at Disney and have lost my way oh my! Need help to lose at least 10 lbs in 5 days? Do you think if I do 2 Protein Shakes and 1 salad with let's say chicken I should be ok? Or do you have any other suggestions? HELPPPPP!
