JaniRN 5 Posted May 14, 2012 Almost 4 weeks out and tolerated about 5 bites of Mac and cheese. Is this ok?
JDHenin 165 Posted May 14, 2012 Yup. I can tolerate about as much. But I try not to.
Ms skinniness 3,003 Posted May 14, 2012 It is typical but mac n cheese have a lot of fat and carbs so it's best to avoid them. Eat mostly Protein, protein, and protein, then veggies. Dense Proteins will have the tendency to fill you up quicker. I try to think healthy but this weekend I had a struggle with my husband's impulse buying of Pepperidge Farm's Cookies. Now my sugar monster is awake and I will have to tame it again. LOL
JaniRN 5 Posted May 14, 2012 Was having a hard time tolerating much else. So I was happy to finally find something that didn't make me nauseous
JaniRN 5 Posted May 14, 2012 I know TMI but Protein immediately gives me diarrhea.
MyGastricSleeveLife 180 Posted May 14, 2012 Protein is really important to recovery though, so you should try different ways to get it in. :-)
christine50 9 Posted May 14, 2012 Protein made me sick for a long time. i did mac also. I say every one is different. You want to eat different things. I was under enough stress, dont stress. You will get better over time on your diet.
