rodswife 155 Posted May 14, 2012 The picture on the left is me the night before surgery. I was sleeved on 4/2/12. The picture on the right is me tonight. I will be 6 weeks post op tomorrow. I usually walk/run on the treadmill or mix it up between the treadmill and the elliptical and then I do about 20 to 30 minutes of strength training a day as well. I do this 5 days a week.
