I waited until I was on solid food. I think I had the first one 6 weeks out. They really fill me up. I like the Cliff builder bars since they are small and 20 grams of Protein.< /p>

I started having them about 4 wks out, but found most of them to be so dense it was daunting to ear an entire one. I HIGHLY recommend trying the Power Crunch bars because they are not dense....they are like wafer Cookies. So much easier to eat & they actually taste good! I but them at my grocery store (frys which is a Kroger chain) as well as Trader Joe's. Good luck!!!
