Been 207 for a year....any secrets for getting to onederland.?

per profile you are presurgery, once you are approved for WLS - maybe going to Mexico since you are paying yourself?

some people put themselves on a prediet for a jump start, or by dr. you might even lose those 8 lbs to get into onederland, then the journey begins.

lots more questions to ask, research to be done, and the inevidable hard work/change in lifestyle for the rest of your days. which is ok, cuz you want to get out of those bad habits you had, so you can eventually maintain a proper and healthier way of life.

with the sleeve as your new best friend, using it at as a tool something to "assist" you in losing the inial weight, then in the following days of your life - to keep your weight down.
