Lissa 2,631 Posted May 13, 2012 Maggie, I've lost 94 pounds in 8 months. I'm past the high losses in a hurry stage and now I'm adding exercise to help push it down. But, in the last two months, I've lost 3 sizes...and I'm about to lose a 4th. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

I was on a stall but I started exercising and I have lost a little since then. I make sure I get all my Protein in and one thing I need to work on are the Vitamins how about yourself? shrinkinmama 14 Posted May 13, 2012 I try with the vitimins but the chewable ones are just SO NASTY. I think about them all the time but i never eat them. I get the Water and the Protein, . I tried to start walking but i have suched messed up knees its not working..so i wonder if becuawse im not exersizing that is why i am stalling but one would think that if you are not eating alot you would still loose weight Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
