Im Hungryyy And Yes I Snack

Recommended Posts

Hey guys any advices for me? I'm a month out 17lbs down but I have been soooo hungry that it's scary. Especially when I see Snacks like bread I nibble. Does the hunger ever go away? I hear of people forcing themselves to eat and here I am hungry most of the times

Are you on an acid reducer? It truly does help with the urge to snack.< /p>

If you're only a month out, you are still on purees/mushies - right? If that's the case, you're not likely getting a full feeling from your food that you're eating - once you start eating dense Protein you likely won't get the hunger as much. Also, like Lissa said reflux can mimic hunger feelings.

Get your Protein in first. Chew well, and no drinking fluids 30 minutes before/after

I was told by my nut that I can have 3 meals and 2 Snacks. I do eat my snacks, I need them. I am 7 weeks post op, and I feel like I'm adjusting to eating smaller meals, as that also helps with metabolism.
