squoia2004 1 Posted May 12, 2012 I have a huge problem! I can unfortunately eat more than I thought after surgery I didn't get sick much and hardly do at all. I don't know I kind of wish I had a little more restraint. I want to do well and I think I am getting so stressed and than eating unhealthy foods. Vicious cycle. I have a high stress job and no time for anything. I don't want to seem like I am just looking at the negatives but I know we all know the positives... I desperately need help. UK Cathy 977 Posted May 12, 2012 When did you have your surgery? Also what are you eating and the amounts. Sometimes just writing it down can be a reality check.
PdxMan 4,292 Posted May 12, 2012 You almost sound like you are disappointed you didn't get sick post-surgery ... How much did you think you were going to be able to eat post-surgery? What was your surgery date? Are you following the basic tenants of post-surgery life? No drinking 1/2 an hour before/after eating or during Lean Proteins first then veggies If you want to cheat, the sleeve is not going to stop you. You may have to do a little work upstairs to help the downstairs do what it needs to do. Are you willing to make a fundamental change with your relationship with food? 4 NancyJerry, StrangelyNormal, BeautyVGSJourney and 1 other reacted to this
