Is There Something Wrong With Me? I Have No Problem W/3-4 Oz

Recommended Posts

I keep reading on here about people having a hard time getting in 1 Tbsp of food or things like that but for me, since Dr said I could be on soft diet, I have no problem with 3-4 ounces of Protein.< /p>

Today is the end of the 2nd full day and my calories are around 600/day and I have eaten taco cupcakes cheese, chicken, etc.

Am I eating too much? I am not what you would call hungry, but have not problem eating the 3 oz portion I measure out.

Help?

I don't think so. I think you are doing okay. 600 cals at the mushy stage is not too little and not too much. Im sure you are chewing everything to a mushy consistency right? That would make it go down easier.

I think your fine I hit about 4 ounces per a meal since week two. I eat all kinds of stuff I started crackers this week, I have had bean burritos (ate the inside out) chilli, devised eggs and grilled perfectly so that it was tender and moist inside chicken and turkey. There is more but you get the point only thing I didn't like was when I made pudding and grabbedvtebone for the kid and got sugar.. Way to sweet

You may be healing a little faster than others, which gives you a bit less restriction that others have at this point. As long as you're not drinking while you eat, which will push food through and "make" room, you should be fine.

It looks like you are doing great! I am worried often too, because I healed really fast as well. I am doing what I am supposed to and recently figured out that when I hiccup, it means I am done. Took me a month to figure that one out. I hit my 3 week stall (which lasted about 5 days) and now I lose a lb about every 3rd day. I am getting in between 600-1000 cals a day and because we heal so quickly we have a better chance of getting in all the required Protein so there won't be any hair loss! You look like you are doing great! Just chew chew chew and go slow.
