July 18th at 0900 I will be having surgery. It is an exciting time but I'm nervous all the same.

That's normal to feel excited and nervous at the same time. July does seem like a long time away! Use it wisely by reading all you can, mentally envisioning yourself in each stage post-op, planning and preparing for what you'll need and the changes you'll make. The time will fly by and first thing ya know it's all over.
