I need to sign up for my fitness pal. I am not good with apps though. Is it a pain to use?

You know...in general I like it for my iPad, though I wish it would allow me to chose my carb levels. So far it's easy to use though and I can work around that (I'm on 40 carbs preop). I can see that post it will be nice for Protein etc.

If you log into myfitnesspal.com you can change a lot of your settings that you can't on your mobile device...

I'm getting my surgery on the 21st I'm on day 3 of my liquid diet and was doing great while I was at work but when I get home I wanna order out so bad I know I need to do this to lose weight...just need to vent
