Delta_35 129 Posted May 9, 2012 Just wanted to get an opinion on how much Water I should add to the sample packs...its says 8oz but the paper that was included with the Unjury samples says you can add 16 ozs..which one tasted better for you?
Oregondaisy 2,021 Posted May 9, 2012 Sometimes the samples are half servings, so you add less Water. I've never used more than 8oz of water in any Protein Drink, no matter which brand.

Since I need 64 oz after surgery, am trying to make 32 ozs at a time...but ill just make them in smaller portions!!!
MyGastricSleeveLife 180 Posted May 9, 2012 I always mix mine with more liquid than it suggests because it's too strong for me otherwise!
Delta_35 129 Posted May 10, 2012 I was wondering about that...8 oz seems very strong. I am try it at 8, and if not, ill add more water!
