Pookeyism 1,143 Posted May 9, 2012 I am avoiding fillers like that, but really I was able to have them at 6 weeks - my guess is earlier but it was first time I tried one, and it went down well (with a piece of OMG prosciutto ham and thin sliced aged (3 yrs) cheddar with touch of whipped lilac honey...). traceyc 89 Posted May 9, 2012 I tried crackers about 4 weeks out. My sleeve loves them. One of my go to lunches is lunch meat and cheese on a cracker. Less filling than bread. I limit 8 crackers since I use 2 slices of cheese cut into fours. It is about 20 to 25 grams of Protein for the crackers, lunch meat and cheese.
lsereno 2,525 Posted May 9, 2012 I had crackers as soon as I was approved for them: 2 weeks out. I ate saltines. Just one or two with my lunch meat or cheese. Lynda
