Ducker 59 Posted May 10, 2012 Are you exercising? I was stalled and stepping up the exercise broke it. If you are exercising, you may need to vary the type of exercise. Our bodies are very smart and after a while the same exercise will not be effective. Try something new! You may even discover a new activity that you really like...Zumba, Yoga, Biking, Pilates...? Shellz5302 0 Posted May 10, 2012 I am 3 month out and had a stall too. I started to take my Vitamins and walk 2 miles per day and drink Herbalife shakes in the morning and I am back to losing almost a pound a day! I am only eating chicken and cottage cheese and veggies. Not much else.
