I'm 21yrs old & i was sleeved on april 30th. I'm still on the liquid diet. anyways, ever since then i've had a lot of random moments where i feel overwhelmingly hot. i don't believe i have a temperature, since the feeling comes and goes. can anyone relate?

I had all kinds of hot flashes too. But now im always cold. I'm 30 yrs old, sleeved 4/20.
