Pre-Op Diet

How long are your pre-op diets for? Mine was suppose to be for 2 weeks but i was on vacation the first (scheduled it before I had scheduled surgery) so I didn't do too well on it. This is my second day of pre-op and ugh is all i can say lol we have to eat the medifast Soups only. Does anyone else have to do the medifast?

Mine was two weeks but I only did a week. First week I crashed and burned lol. Mine was liquid diet. First three days are the hardest then your body adjusts. Before you know it it'll be over.

That makes me feel so better I was so worried about not doing the first week. Yea the medifast Soups are pretty much just liquids too.
