ShannonH 34 Posted May 7, 2012 I can literally barely squeeze in 500 calories a day. How many should I be eating to obtain optimal weight loss? I work out every day...30 minutes of cardio, and an hour of strength training. I was sleeved March 2, and am 46 lbs down. Help! Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
