Feeling very nauseous the last few days. Can't really eat cuz it all makes me sick. Any thoughts or suggestions? I am 7 weeks out and didn't have this issue until now. Tired of not feeling good I really need ur help and no I am not pregnant. Already checked that off the list. Lol

Have you called your doctor? Honestly, these types of questions are for your surgeon. You (or your insurance) paid for surgery and have the right to call them as much as necessary!

Other than that, I'd just say to try to eat something bland and just try to get something down - especially your Water, but I really don't know.

Are you getting your fluids in need to at least get close as you can to 64oz. I felt very naseated when I got dehydrated and light headed eventually passed out. Try to drink and maybe popcicles or try 1/2 strength apple juice n 1/2 Water it will give you some carbs. too. Drinking is most important right now. Did the Dr. give you some pills for nausea when you had surgery?

Just been waiting until time for my consult with my bariatric surgeon. It's scheduled for Jan 9th. Turns out I won't actually be seeing him. Apparently it'll be with his P.A.             Not sure what to expect. I thought this is where the surgeon would discuss the best surgery option for me. For years I had my heart set on the sleeve, but I've read so many people have issues with reflux - even if they've never had it before - that they've had to be revised to the bypass. I already deal with GERD & take 40 mg of Omeprazole daily, so I started studying about bypass and honestly, it seems like it might be the better choice for me. How can we discuss surgery options if the surgeon is not there?
What happened at your first consult? Trying to get an idea of what to expect, or maybe I should say, what NOT to expect.
