neeve 12 Posted May 7, 2012 I do 4oz of protien shake three times a day I do 4oz of crystal light two times I do 4oz of chicken broth I do 4oz of Jello (sugar free) I do 4oz of pudding with protien powder mixed in And of course lots of Water.
