sueoco 509 Posted January 24, 2013 Woohoo! I am out of the 120's! As of today' date=' I am 118.8kg! I honestly can't remember when I was this weight. Spoke to my dietician today - she is stoked with my weight loss but a bit concerned about my low calorie count. But she had really reasonable suggestions on how to increase it - now I just have to give it a shot <img src='http://www.bariatricpal.com/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' /> Hope everyone else is going well!! Aussiegirl, I am glad to hear you're doing better. Kelli - hope you're feeling better and that the weight starts to move. Cheers, Lila[/quote'] Hi Lila - sorry for the delayed response! What a huge achievement! I remember each 10kg I clicked down and it was such a thrill - now the kilos are trickling off but I am so near to goal I am still really happy. Keep up the good work - have you managed to increase you calories - have you noticed if it has impacted your weight loss? 1 Lissa_S reacted to this

*Dean* 1,594 Posted January 24, 2013 Anyway I was always with some carer so it didnt go any further umm, in the lift??? How's that for confidence! :P
*Dean* 1,594 Posted January 24, 2013 All jokes aside, that's awesome. Obviously you feel that good about yourself it wouldn't have phased you if he wasn't interested - which is cool.
Swift Kate 72 Posted January 24, 2013 Aussiegirl you are awesome. Good luck with the neighbour and if he's not your type think of it as good dating practise. It's a win/win situation either way:) I had a terrible morning, didn't get to work today. Has nausea and felt generally yuk. Spent most of the morning in bed and felt so much better by mid afternoon. The one positive is my diarrhea was minimal today compared to how it has been. Hopefully that's the turning point.

But hey Aussie Girl I wouldn't advise engagement after 6 weeks to anyone - a bit like telling some they should get sleeved!! - best left to the individual to make such a life changing decision!! :-) 3 *Shell*, Aussiegirl and Lissa_S reacted to this
Aussiegirl 580 Posted January 24, 2013 Deano, hahahahahaha i didnt mean go any further that way, like i wasnt going to ask him to coffee in front of either my mother or best friend as I would never hear the end of it. Sue/Kelli, woww that is quick. I am thinking nowadays that it will happen like that for me. I am old enough to know and recognise what I want and need...your stories sound romantic SwiftKate, just a question (sorry if it is personal) but there is no chance that you could be pregnant is there? The nause doesnt sound good. I am just asking cause sometimes we blame the sleeve for other reason we get sick. But I do hope it gets better. I will you know whether anything progresses with the neighbour, tho broken ankle and all so far I have one maybe two date this weekend...I am trying all the frogs out lol.....and Deano before you go there, I am not actually trying them all out....just meeting and having a drink lol 1 *Dean* reacted to this

That was not too personal, I'm even quite flattered. No I'm not pregnant...thank God. Although I loved it when I was 25 years ago. No I'm 52, with two adult children and not married...I'd have some explaining to do!!! I do have a partner who is ten years older but the shop is shut for more babies for both of us. Actually after my crappy day yesterday I have woken up feeling really good this morning. I think my big rest helped yesterday, I am taking it as a warning not to overdo things. I have probably been doing too much in the last week and needed a day of complete rest. I love the test driving analogy to dating. Looking forward to some great stories about 'car shopping'. Mel-sleever 16 Posted January 25, 2013 WOO HOO aussiegirl. You go girl ! I have never hoped to get stuck in a lift, but I wish for your sake you 2 do. ha ha Swift Kate, some days I have neausea, and I find Ribena juice helps. I dont know why, but it works for me. Also my sister had it in pregnancy as it settled her tummy. Give it a go. Take care. 3 Swift Kate, Aussiegirl and Lissa_S reacted to this
Swift Kate 72 Posted January 25, 2013 Managed to get into work to do some prep work until midday. No nausea today and no diarrhea. I swear once I put it out there and asked for advice it started to improve!!!! Thanks Mel I'll keep the Ribena juice in mind if I get it again. 2 one_elle26 and Aussiegirl reacted to this
