Wow - I was sleeved the same day. From the Post op Diet til now I lost 36 - was your weight loss just from surgery???

Im still having a time eating alot of foods. My stomach spiraled during surgery so I have to eat slowly and very little food but several times a day. I drink tons of Water throughout the day and I have yet to feel hungry. Good luck to all!

Just stick to what your doctor tells you to no matter what. Everyone has a different path to follow just make sure you stick the the path that you told to be on! LOL

Great job! Congrats! I was sleeved on 5/1/12. I began exercising in October, weighed in at 278 and day of surgery I weighed in at 249.5!! I am looking forward to what this journey has in store for me!
