twoboysandagirl 109 Posted May 4, 2012 I thought cooking for my family was going to be the hardest part. I prepare 3 meals a day just about every single day and it does get a lot better! Hang in there.

mrsflyboybs 62 Posted May 4, 2012 I hear ya! At first it was really hard to cook tasty things for son and husband. But once the weight started coming off I realized I'd rather not eat the same things as my family than not be able to enjoy family adventures because of my weight. What I also did is buy a pretty tablecloth, a pretty vase and pretty wine glasses. Then I drink my Protein Drink out of a nice glass and sit with my family at a beautiful table and make chit chat. You will survive this. Good luck! 2 Ashbeaux and Benjammin reacted to this

jme53071 18 Posted May 4, 2012 For me, I'm beginning to differentiate "head hunger" and "true hunger". So far....every time I want to utter the words "I'm starving" I realize, my tummy really isn't all that hungry. Cravings are terrible!!!! 1 mrsflyboybs reacted to this
