favoredone 590 Posted May 4, 2012 I am very heavy (but getting smaller) in my midsection.. I did have 3 tummies, not it's only 2... but the lower one (panniculus) gets in the way during my workouts.. Especially when I need to do high knees on the bike or in aqua aerobics.. My insurance will pay for a panniculectomy now... BUT, I'm no where near goal yet and I want a TT when I'm done.. So, these are my questions Do they make Spanx or some for swimsuits that will keep everything is place in the Water? Should I start working out in compression/Spanx-like gear? Should I consider the panni now and then TT maybe later? Or just suck it up and have a mutualistic relationship w/ this impeding appendage until I'm in maintenance?? HELP!!! Spanx makes both achieve wear and bathing suits! I'd wait a bit longer while you are still shrinking. Go to the spanx website. Goodluck!
