kimmy*custis 276 Posted May 4, 2012 I havent had any hair loss...thanks goodness but if you keep up your Protein and Vitamins I dont think you will have much of a problem. I see stuff on taking Biotin but my Dr says it isnt really effective and a waste of money but some say it helps. 2bsmallagain 156 Posted May 4, 2012 I was told to keep Protein levels up 70 or more grams a day, keep Iron and zinc levels up and you can use a Shampoo called Nioxin. Also I have been taking Biotin.
