Speaking of Protein drinks - are the Medifast drinks okay? I have those stocked up in my fridge - and I do like them - anyone else using them?

I also have so many shake mixes from Medicare left over. Has anyone used those for post-op? I have always liked them too. Good question.

I have the Herbalife Protein but I've never even opened it. Please let me know what you think of it.
