fell4falls 18 Posted May 2, 2012 So, last night I walked a mile with my neighbor. In the past, I had been out of breath afterwards and so thankful that we were done. Last night, I wasn't winded at all and was actually ready to go for another mile! (The only reason I didn't was that I had to get my kids to bed.) Also, my hubby and I are starting the couch to 5k program on Monday. I am nervous because I have never been a runner, but I have a goal set to run a 5k in September! Wish me luck!
