Ok just got the news today my sleeve date is June 11th!!! They moved me up from July 9th now I have less time to worry but now it seams like whoa horse! If that makes any sence. Cant wait to get it over with lol...

Im done all my tests but I have a 2 week liquid diet to do starting the 22nd. Now im in the process of going back to the gym and trying different types of Protein shakes/chewable Vitamins.< /p>

Just an FYI, your tastes will change post-op so what tastes good now may not after surgery. This happened to me and I'm glad I didn't invest in a ton of Protein drinks beforehand.

Thats what i've heard as well... Just wing it afterwards... or hope you like what you buy.... Im goimng to buy a sample pack of Protein mix up front.
