First Bowel Movement Today (If We Cal Call It That Lol)

I know this may be tmi but 5 days post op and i had my first bowel movement .. I TOTALLY expected that to be an issue because I wasnt even regular PRE op .. but sure enough it came.. NOTHING solid but it came from THAT hole so ill call it a bowel movement lol.. is this normal?? How many days post op was it for you guys?

Totally normal.. You are lucky you had one, i didn't have one for almost 2 weeks post op...

I am one week post op and have not had one yet....kinda nervous about it. I started taking Milk of Magnesia day before yesterday and expected something to happen by now! Soooo glad that we are all able to discuss this stuff so freely

Remember y'all, not only are our bellies on a new journey. Our intake is much different than it was before our surgery. I admit, I was a little worried at first. I suffer from IBS. once you start getting more Protein in your diet and eating instead of just drinking, it will all start to move.
