AngieG0410 52 Posted April 30, 2012 I am in the dreaded 3 week stall. Don't get me wrong - I am happy with my loss so far - have lost 25 lbs in the 3 weeks, but for the past few days I have been the same. Anyone have any tips to overcome the stall?? Thanks! I know, probably not what you wanna hear, but it's not likely related to anything you're doing. Your body just needs to adjust to the fact that you've lost 25 POUNDS IN THREE WEEKS!!!! aviiva 140 Posted April 30, 2012 I just got out of it. I don't think there is anything you can do but have patience. I lost 4lbs over the weekend. I know there are more stalls coming from what I have read, but I figure if I am doing everything I am supposed to "this too shall pass".
