I could not comfortably eat ANY bead til about a year out. I can now eat all kinds in small Amts. Usually can eat half sandwich or burger with usually one side of the bread. But, boy, earlier on I had some really "slimy" moments after ANY food.< /p>

Bread is what makes us fat! However, I do eat some in small amounts with a sandwhich. I throw 1 slice in the trash and will eat 1 piece. Sometimes it gets dry. I also don't like the carbs it has and some has very little nutritional value to it. It also takes up too much room in my stomach. ;)

I was told I could have a piece of toast on my soft foods phase.

Whoa. If I were you I would not do bread this early and only RARELY. Hard to get out of ye habit of you start it and to really lose all you want to I would stick to very little bread. I'm at 23 mos out and still try to limit bread as much as possible. Good luck to you ????

At six weeks out I have no problems with bread. However, it goes down easier as toast. I just keep my servings of bread to a minimum.

I'm still doing my best to avoid breads. I don't know if this helps, but I've eaten crackers.....

I've had no bread, but I do crackers. Only miss it in restaurants.
