UK Cathy 977 Posted April 28, 2012 I was sleeved 3rd April and I am in a stall too, about 6 days now, not too upset as I was expecting it but I want it to stop now.
Bsleeve 7 Posted April 28, 2012 They save drinking a lot of Water can help break the stall or changing up what you're eating! I'm at a stall myself so trying different things out! Oh and exercise helps too
AliveAgain 283 Posted April 28, 2012 Everyone is different so to say we all have it at weeks X and Y is not realistic. The initial stall is when the body goes from depleting the energy (glycemic) stores in our liver, pancreas and muscles -- and the Water that it's stored in. Plenty of fluids, increasing your Protein towards 70-90g per day, keeping the carbs down and exercising when you can (even simple walks) will help.
