Joyfulone1 6 Posted April 28, 2012 I've been bouncing back between 190-192 for 2 weeks. Last night I was PMSing and decided to have some red wine. 4 ozs led to 8ozs which led to dark chocolate and Peanut Butter which led to tortilla chips which led to candied pecans!!!!! A mini binge yes, seeing as though they weren't large quantities, but a binge no less. I woke up this morning at 188!!!! So is this how you break a stall? Break all the rules and go nuts for a day???
