Are you tracking what is going into your mouth and how much exercise you are getting? If you don't eat enough, your body goes into starvation mode and your metabolism stops.

Come join us on myfitnesspal.com and maybe that will help?

Otherwise, all I know is make sure you get your liquids.

Have you seen a nutritionist? Have you varied your workouts?

Ok that's all I can think of. Keep up the great work (but I know, it's hard whenever you are stalled). Hang in there!

Well in the pic I see for your profile pic, you are gorgeous.

I can't figure out if we can see each other's diary's .... but if you use it, I think it'll help. Feel free to add me!

CiCi, I had the same stall issue, but I was dropping sizes and inches while I was stalled. Since I still have a long way to go to goal, I was very frustrated, too. I have increased my exercise and really tried to stick to my plan of Water and Protein and I have dropped nearly 5 pounds in the last few days.

I was stalled at a weight where I stayed for about 10 years, so I'm thrilled to be below that weight! Hopefully I'm now going to lose steadily again, but the stall is where I developed more muscle tone and less sagging skin.

Just keep drinking your Water, getting your Protein in and the stall will break!

Good luck!! :)
