Not sure how far out you are, but if you are on full liquids stage, you should be able to have more than shakes.< /p>

I bought some Unjury chicken Soup Protein but I haven't tried it yet. A lot of people recommended it and I figured it would be good for a change from the Protein Drinks. Something like that with some spices added might work and it is good for protein too.

I ate the unjury chicken Soup. I added a little hot sauce when I craved something spicy.

I did watered down blended Soups. Also I could do drinkable yogurt starting day 5.
