Hey guys just thought id start a BEFORE AND DURING thread for us to use to show progress...maybe will unclog the Before and after thread a little..?? I take pics monthly and would love to post them somewhere! let me know what yall think about the thread. heres a few of my pics so far: I have lost 55 lbs so far and...drumroll please.....92 total body inches!!! The only draw back of this all so far is I am loosing my hair like crazy and the hair i have is yucky feeling! sooo I had to cut it!!! so since i got that done i realized time for pics! so here ya go! This one is April2006 and yesterday august 14 2006 date on first pic is wrong it is july 7 not july 22 Wahoo BAGGY SHORTS!!!!!! Check out that butt! LOL Still big but its shrinkingggggggg Well hope yall enjoy these i know i do!

    Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...

    Fairlife has strawberry, vanilla and of course chocolate. No more calories than other protein drinks. Stay away from Premiere, they're dealing with lawsuits due to not being honest about protein content.
