TheNewSusie 471 Posted April 28, 2012 You can do some instant oatmeal and add ur unflavored or flavored Protein Powder to it and some stevia for sweetness, but not too much. Take some low sodium lunch meat wrapped with some low fat cheese and have a roll up. Some crispy turkey bacon would be good too. I can keep going lol...
