I just chew really well and sip and I do mean SIP plain Water to help it down. I haven't had any problems as long as its very small sips just to aid in the digestion.

I'm hooked on the Gerber graduate yogurt melts. Or Walmart has their parents choice brand. its freeze dried yogurt so it melts in your mouth. 1/4 cup is only 30 calories. Any grocery store will have them next to the baby food.

I'm wondering what other people are hearing. My doc and nut say 3 meals no snacking.

My doc says the same except he said if I must snack, make it a Protein filled snack. Healthy.

My nutritionist told me to eat 3 meals and 2-3 snacks... Get 60-80 grams protein...600-800 calories...

Here is a typical day:

6am...Breakfast - 1 poached egg

9am...Snack - Protein Shake

Noon..Lunch - tuna salad or egg salad

3pm...Snack - baby bell cheese

6pm...Dinner - 3 oz Cod

9pm...Sometimes before bed - 3 medium shrimp

My babies eat them a lot but they are too high in sugar for me
