I've always been fond of NIKE sports bras. They give nice support without constricting you too much. They have good prices at the nike factory outlets too. I too am a size 36D and I wear a size large.

The Enell sports bra is awesome for ladies' with larger girls. Not a cheap bra, but SO worth it. My boyfriend always used to say it was my anti-black eye brigade ;-)

You can find them online here

Lululemon TaTa Tamer.

Seriously, end of story (I've tried 'em all!). I'm a DD and it's the absolute best bra; plus it separates nicely and has light padding for more oomph and nip coverage.

I noticed Spanx now sells a sports bra. I wonder how good it is? There is nothing worse the flying boobies while running and jumping!

Well, don't laugh... Pre-weight gain, I was a 32A, I am now a 36 D to DD. I am also very cheap since I have gained all of this weight (it's going on 14 years). I have tried them all, I love enell, but I found that wearing 2 hanes Walmart sports bras works great for me when I need a little extra support. Gotta keep the girls close!

I'm a 38h any suggestions there? Its hard finding a normal bra let alone one that will tame the girls while running......was hoping that would be one of the places I lost first, but nope they are still there.....

I'm like a 42 E/F (hopefully not much longer!) but I just got a pretty good one from cacique/Lane Bryant. I never feel like sportsbras are enough, though, so I always wear an underwire bra under it

Two months out from hiatal hernia repair.  Surgeon said to expect a lot more flatulence...something about the 'air' no longer being able to 'burp' out so comes out the other end.  That is my experience but have no understanding of why that swallowed air cannot be 'burped'. ???

As I understand it since your stomach is smaller and not completely resting against your diaphragm anymore you no longer have the ability to "push" burps out as well. Plus, since its smaller and we don't digest slower the trapped air moves a lot quicker out of the stomach so its no longer available to burp out. Hence the other option for removal.

Anyone had the TORe procedure? How did it go? How much weight did you loose?

Me too girl!! Are you in the full liquid diet right now? It’s sooooo hard!

      2. LadyVeteran1

Not yet. I was told I only have to do 24 hours of a liquid diet. But I have my pre-op tomorrow so I’m going to confirm if I need to do longer.

Your so close now! It's gonna be great :) Wishing you a speedy recovery and looking forward to seeing how it goes!

Down 33 lbs and slightly stalled, but I'm gonna reevaluate and push through. I started back to work last week after 2 years of being disabled due to mental health as well as my weight. It's a great job and I'm just so happy to have this opportunity at a second chance at life. Hope everyone is having their best journey ❤️ Together, we got this!
