I have no idea about others. Everyone loses differently.

I lost 44 pounds. Not as much as most people here. But I'm a slow loser and I have come to terms with that :)

Oh and I'm only 5 ft tall, so my BMI is huge :(

But I'm slowing down, my 4 month anniversary is the 28th and I've lost only 15 pounds this month. Still a lot And I'm not disappointed just sad it's slowing down lol
