rodswife 155 Posted April 25, 2012 A small cup is the perfect size for lunch and snack or dinner. It goes down so easily and it's low in calories, carbs and high in Protein. It was a nice change of pace for once. I wouldn't suggest eating it daily but once in a blue moon is a wonderful treat. 3 2BThinAlways, WhoozisAnyway and Misstxdiva reacted to this

rodswife 155 Posted April 27, 2012 Yours sounds good. I use everything but the ranch style Beans and black beans and sausage. I'm gonna try your recipe. I also just use the chilli powder and cumen.

BKMama 179 Posted April 27, 2012 thank you! it's very similar to the crockpot turkey chili I make now. Wendy's chili tastes slightly sweet to me...haven't figured out how.
