I like the Chike too. Where can you buy the Cytomax clear drinks? I bought the Isopure clear and couldn't stand it!

I'm ordering the Chike too, thanks for the link. One thing to be careful of.....I assumed all Protein Drinks from Bariatric Advantage would be caffeine free even the tea flavor and didn't check before ordering. I ordered a tub of the lemon tea nectar and found out after that it has caffeine.

I'm a very glum as there is a VERY limited variety of Protein shakes/soups etc here- and the country shipping rules state that I cannot order and import foodstuffs online either. :-(

I'd love to try the powders?utm_source=BariatricPal&utm_medium=Affiliate&utm_campaign=CommentLink" target="_ad" data-id="1" >unjury chicken Soup.... something salty appeals more than sweet, but no luck.

I can get something called organiquelle, some Isopure stuff including the clear ones in glass bottles, some EAS lite ready-mixed shakes, some Atkins ready-mixed shakes and Nitrotech powders.< /p>

I just HOPE there will be something I actually LIKE out of these....

I dont have many options where I live, either. And that is so frustrating! :(

Soon after my surgery, my Protein source was Optifast VLCD. 19g protein in one serving (46g). And I could get only the vanila flavor. I dont care much for the taste, but I dont really hate it either. If I HAVE to drink a shake, I manage with Optifast.< /p>

I saw that Click was sold on ebay India. I'm going to order this and try the mocha flavor.

Click is pretty popular in the mocha flavor. All the coffee drinkers seem to really like it.

Try adding a small amount of sugar-free pudding mix to your shakes. Made a big difference in taste to me! And it gives you a variety.

I'm pre-op, so I don't know what I'm going to think afterwards, but I absolutely love the Bariatric Advantage vanilla Meal Replacement shake that I'm using for my pre-op diet. Blended with Water and ice, it really tastes like a vanilla milkshake. Yum!

Day 1 of pre-op liquid diet (3 weeks) and I'm having a hard time already. I feel hungry and just want to eat. I got the protein and supplements recommend by my program and having a hard time getting 1 down. My doctor / nutritionist has me on the following:
1 protein shake (bariatric advantage chocolate) with 8 oz of fat free milk 1 snack = 1 unjury protein shake (root beer) 1 protein shake (bariatric advantage orange cream) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein bar 1 protein shake (bariatric advantace orange cream or chocolate) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein soup (chicken) 3 servings of sugar free jello and popsicles throughout the day. 64 oz of water (I have flavor packets). Hot tea and coffee with splenda has been approved as well. Does anyone recommend anything for the next 3 weeks?

All I can tell you is that for me, it got easier after the first week. The hunger pains got less intense and I kind of got used to it and gave up torturing myself by thinking about food. But if you can, get anything tempting out of the house and avoid being around people who are eating. I sent my kids to my parents' house for two weeks so I wouldn't have to prepare meals I couldn't eat. After surgery, the hunger was totally gone.

I have my final approval from my insurance, only thing holding up things is one last x-ray needed, which I have scheduled for the fourth of next month, which is my birthday.
