I don't know what is wrong with me. I feel like an emotional rollercoaster. One minute I am excited. Then I'm scared. I am moody and cranky.

My surgeon's insurance coordinator just sent all my paperwork to BCBSTX yesterday. I guess that has a lot to do with it. I am stressing and worrying that I will be denied.

I have lost 11 lbs since March 30th and for some stupid reason I messed my diet up today.

Has anyone else experienced this and what did you do to snap out of it?
