Joiebean 53 Posted April 24, 2012 I hit wonderland about 3 weeks ago (or maybe a month now) and i've only dropped 5 lbs since then. Crazy....I'll admit I indulged a little more than usually sugar-wise, but that wouldn't halt weightloss altogether would it?? I'm curious is once you hit Onederland its harder to shed the pounds? I jumped back on the treadmill yesterday and plan on doing at least 30 minutes of fast walking 3-4 times a week, hopefully to kick losing back into gear. Suggestions? Stories? Stephanie 73 Posted April 28, 2012 I don't know if it's harder or not but I found that after about the 8 month point my weight loss slowed down a lot. I was at about 80 lbs lost by then and my goal was 110 lbs. It then slowed down substancially and has taken me a few months to lose the remaining 31 lbs. So at this point I am about 12 3/4 months and am one pound below my goal but my Dr has said I should lose maybe another 10 lbs. I am not worried about it, I don't really care if it takes another 6 months to lose it because I am comfortable with my weight at this point. I have often been told that the honeymoon period is the first 6 months and I think that is probably true, you will lose the weight the fastest at that point then it comes off a bit slower.
