FatGirlSlim 115 Posted April 24, 2012 Im still pre-op but started taking body by vi as another diet thingie... it does taste and smell like cake mix. Not sure if it is the Protein that we need... but it is good. I used real fruit in mine and blended it with 2 percent milk... and it was very filling!!!! Terrib 1 Posted April 26, 2012 What a coincidence, I signed in here to ask about this very thing. I was using Unjury for awhile, then nectar, but seriously after a little while, it's hard to choke them down. I was told I needed to use pure whey isolate. I was wondering if Visalis is pure weigh isolate. Anyone know, I only had a sip of it at a trial table the other day.

vivienvixon 1 Posted May 7, 2012 Vi Shape is soy based! Not recommended after getting sleeved as they have said to consume whey isolate only! It's to bad.
Wheetsin 714 Posted May 7, 2012 Soy (isolate) Protein has some strength, but should not be a primary protein source for us. There have been some studies published recently that show Whey-based Proteins to be the superior protein when endeavoring to change body mass. Here's one you can read free online.
