mrsdraculaura 1 Posted April 24, 2012 Hi!! I'm feeling pretty ok I still feel very weak and dizzy and can't be on my feet too Long, and it amazes me how slowly I have to get around now. I'm still on liquids for another week and a half and have not been able to get any Protein in :-/ so I don't know if that's the culprit... I'm going to buy the premier brand protein tomorrow as I hear this is one of the better brands. How are you doing??

topgun 63 Posted April 24, 2012 Weakness for a while after surgery is par for the course. Take your time recuperating, you've undergone a major surgical procedure. Welcome to the bench!!!

I am 5'2, starting weight was 207, had surgery 4/18 and I weighed myself the day of discharge from the hospital which was 4/21, and I was at 197. FluffyBleu76 32 Posted April 24, 2012 Congrats and welcome!!! I had my surgery on 4/20 and besides feeling a little bloated and a little tired, I feel good! I was in the hospital one day and I lost 1 lb. upon release. I am trying to stay away from the scale because I have found that (for me) the scale is my worst enemy. I have plenty of mirrors and clothes that will let me know if I am losing at a good pace.
