swilke 3 Posted April 23, 2012 Sleeved 4/11/12. Feeling really good. Eating consists of some cream of wheat then an hour or two later some Greek yoguart. A few hours later some creamy Soup a few hours later some Jello. This goes on all day. In between I'm drinking Isopure and Water or tea. Is this too much food. I'm not eating alot at each setting but I feel like I'm eating all the time. I don't want to hinder me loosing weight? Please advise. Thanks Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
thebionicbroad 127 Posted April 23, 2012 As long as you are doing what your doctor says to do, you're spot on. If you're concerned, log your calories into a program like Fitday.com.
