alexeleni 15 Posted April 22, 2012 Confession: I have been super bad recently, although my weight loss is going fine, I am eating TOO MANY CARBS. I didn't want to do any kind of liquid cleanse, but I needed to get back to basics, so I am trying to be super low-carb for the next few weeks. Voila, eggs. Because eggs are delicious. (I like egg whites too, but in the amount I can fit into my stomach, the plain egg is fine.) I love to make frittata, which is pretty much like an omlette you can't screw up (and also I can't spell omlette). Usually I just do whatever's in the house, but I saw a recipe and had to try it. I adapted it by adding chicken sausage for an extra Protein boost, cutting the olive oil, etc. It is DELICIOUS and actually unlike anything else I've ever tasted because of the saffron.
